I know how to do this, I've done it before. I've just got to stick with it and stop letting other things take priority.


I want to set my mind on being healthy for reasons other than the number on the scale or the size of my jeans. I will eat healthy to make my body feel better. I will exercise to keep my body strong.

Basically, I want to be the healthiest that I can be. I want to be physically ready for whatever life throws at me.

My Goals:
Lose pounds (again), tone my body and build muscle.

Avoid medical issues associated with poor choices

My Program:
1) Making healthy food choices.

2) Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.

3) Exercise at least 10 minutes of every day

4) Using the food and exercise trackers every day.





Personal Information:
I live in Tennessee and am a vols fan, no matter how poorly we play football.

Other Information:
Married 24 years, 3 school age children ( one is in college), 2 dogs, 1 guinea pig.

Full time mom, full time NICU nurse.

Thanks for the SparkGoodie. Considering I exercised 340 minutes in the last week, I think it's safe to say I deserve a rest day.

How's your son?

I'm co-leader of a new team, RA Chicks Fit Club and I'd love to have you join us. There are only around 100 members currently and only about 4 of us participate at all so you'd be welcomed with open arms if you joined us and participated.

Good morning.

I take Rituxan through IV. You get two doses two weeks apart and then wait approximately 6 months and do it again. The last time I got it was the end of September so technically I'm not due until the end of March but I don't think I've actually gone 6 months yet. Oops, I just figured out that the longest between doses was actually 8 months but the shortest was 5 months. Anyhow, I'm going to wait until Monday to see how I feel and if my elbows are still achy, I may have to make the first appointment for the week I return from Jamaica.

I hope you're doing well.
