I know how to do this, I've done it before. I've just got to stick with it and stop letting other things take priority.


I want to set my mind on being healthy for reasons other than the number on the scale or the size of my jeans. I will eat healthy to make my body feel better. I will exercise to keep my body strong.

Basically, I want to be the healthiest that I can be. I want to be physically ready for whatever life throws at me.

My Goals:
Lose pounds (again), tone my body and build muscle.

Avoid medical issues associated with poor choices

My Program:
1) Making healthy food choices.

2) Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.

3) Exercise at least 10 minutes of every day

4) Using the food and exercise trackers every day.





Personal Information:
I live in Tennessee and am a vols fan, no matter how poorly we play football.

Other Information:
Married 26 years, 3 school age children ( two are in college), 2 dogs.

Full time mom, full time NICU nurse.

Lover of all things Christmas - all year round

Hi Rebecca! Thanks for stopping by my page. It is nice to know you better. I used to live near Jackson over in Carroll County. Did most of our shopping in Jackson about 23 miles away. We currently live in Lawrenceburg which is about 2 1/2 hours east of you on the Alabama line. Schools start back tomorrow in our county. Hope your kids have a good first day. Hard to believe summer break is over! God bless.

I'm in small group 45 and it was through a notification that I learned it. There is a leader of that team and it seems like quite a few of the members have been on that team for at least one other study. There is one tab that says "files" and there are three documents that e plain things a bit. Also, people are introducing themselves. Enjoy.
P.S. I am glad your patient lived through your 12 hour sift!
