Victoria's Secret Struggles

I am a Mom of 4 beautiful, but time consuming children. 2 were born naturally, 2 were cesarian. The cesarians really messed with me, plus I had my tubes tied after #4.
I have devoted my time to the demands of motherhood, fully, neglecting myself most of the time. All the while putting on the pounds.
My goal is to get back down to atleast 130lbs. I was up to 201lbs. last summer, and I lost it. So depressing. My last wiegh in was 174lbs.

I had my gall bladder out in December and that is most of what got me down below 180 since I could not eat anything without having an attack. It took awhile for the MD to find the real problem.
I am now taking back 1/2 hour of my day for me, to exercise, and doing my best to monitor what I eat. I want not only my energy back, but my BODY.
I am so glad I found SparkPeople!!!
I am sick of being a fat mom!

My Goals:
Get back down to 130 lbs or less.
Have more energy.
Feel less depressed about my wieght.
Fit into my old clothes.
Feel healthier, Be healthier.
Be a good example for my kids.

My Program:
Elliptical 3-5/week working from 15 minutes toward 1/2 hour, and am up to 22 minutes at this time.
Also using ball for crunches and push ups.
Plan to work in Winsor Pilates.
Joined Curves last fall, planning to attend 3x/week as able, just now getting to do so and it's spring already! I won't give up!
