Hello. I'm a 38 year old mother of two and wife who has struggled with weight loss and gain my entire life. So daunting! I've become successful in my weight loss and health goals over the last 18 months and love myself more every day because of how good I feel!

The impetus to change my life was when I had to ask my children to put a board game up onto the dining room table because I could NOT sit on the floor to play the game with them. I couldn't get there, stay there, and play! So, I started looking into way of improving my health and lifestyle overall!

Now, I work out with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week, do my own workout routine a few other days per week, teach Zumba classes, and eat in a totally different way! I've gone from a size 24 pants to a 6-8 and have lost well over 100 lbs! I have never felt better, stronger, healthier, more satisfied in my life!

My Program:
Personal Trainer 2-3 times per week for more than a year now and then I workout 2 other days per week on my own. I typically will meet the trainer for 45 minutes, then walk the treadmill for an hour, then do Zumba for an hour 2-3 times per week, then on 2 other days I run intervals on the treadmill, do some abs/shoulders/stairs, then 1 hour of Zumba.

I am an labor/delivery nurse who loves her job!

I am also a photographer.

I teach Zumba classes.

I have a son on the autism spectrum and a daughter with a brachial plexus injury to her arm from a birth injury.

I am happily married!!!
