I am a 32 yr old mom of 3 kids. My two yr old twins and my 11 yr old daughter. I work nights as a registered nurse and have gained 60 pounds since I started night shift 4 yrs ago.
I want to lose that 60 pounds to start with,regain my energy and change the way my family eats and lives. We are basically a junk food and couch potatos family.

To get into onederland but June. 199 is my first goal.

My Program:
I am eating clean and trying to keep an eye on excessive calories but with eating cleans that is very easy.
