    zumba is a silly silly lil workout. I don't dance or any of that so it was just horrible to me. lol I can't move like that.. I am not a graceful person and i get confused with 'moves' lol and such. how've you been doin?

    Hey, just got caught up with Sparkpeople posts and messages. Life has been CRAZY . . . mostly work, work, work. . . unfortunately, I took a nasty fall on the ice - banged up my hand pretty good. Nothing broken, just a nice cut, but it is healing nicely. I have been hitting the gym with some consistency, but still am struggling with "emotional" eating!!! Haven't lost, but then haven't gained. So, my energy right now is going into becoming focused again. Sounds like you are doing well - keep up the hard work. Thanks for your message - it is always good to know that I can come here and find a friend.

    Tips on running - I started by jogging for three minutes and walking for one, jogging for three minutes and walking for one, etc. up to 30 minutes. If you can even start by jogging for two and walking for one - just do what you can and start building up. I would do things like tricking myself "I will jog to the start of the hill" "to the end of this song" and gradually built up to jogging longer without walking. I still walk every couple of minutes.
