Habits and NO EXCUSES!!!

Hello, My name is Christina Witt. I am 34 years old. I have had the success of losing 30 pounds on my own since August 08 through walking, hiking, biking and most recently running. Since March of 2012 I have lost 16 lbs through 1400-1600 calories per day and I can still eat what I want :) I also have increased my exercise to 6 days per week for 30-45 minutes. I realize that I do not have to kill myself to lose weight, just watch what I eat, calorie count and eat smaller portions.

My Goals:
Continue to tweak what is currently working to make it even better. !

My Program:
Calorie counting
1400-1500 per day
Walking to get steps to 10,000 per day or over
To burn 2100-2400 cal per day including BMR.
Continue to use my fitbit which is my blessing
Continue to take my vitamins.
Not stress out about a bad day, just move on to the next one and make it better.

Personal Information:
I am 34 years old and have a wonderful live and am very blessed in many ways. I am thankful for all! I am a clinical analyst with Information systems, I analyze the software that the hospital uses. In a nutshell, i have a desk job, so have to be even more careful with my intake and exercise!

Other Information:
I have a wonderful family that includes my hubby Terry and our % years old son William -they mean the world to me.

I have 4 cats and LOVE animals.

I truly believe that to be successful at something you have to give 110% of yourself.

I am very organized and cannot stand clutter and messiness.

I noticed you use fitbit, how does it work? Does it actually know how many calories you burn and sync it etc.. Looking to invest in one but want actual feed back. thanks
