Fitness Minutes: 64,379

My Goals:
Problems with the spine (herniated discs and an untreated case of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) have caused me to cease all physical activity and subsequently gain a few pounds. So, as of August 14, 2016 I recommitted to weight loss. My new goals are:
- Lose 20 pounds.
- Walk 20 km per week.
- Get back to a descent state of fitness.
- Stop hurting so much. (Can I call this a goal?)

My Program:
- Healthy food choices as close as possible to the principles of clean eating.
- Portion control.
- Exercise at least 5 times a week. (Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates - for now!)
- Walk, walk, walk as much as I can and as far as I can!
- Never forget that this is FOR LIFE!

    Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog, "Is This How It Ends?" The so-called "Death Clock" is far from scientific: It does not take into account a lot of a person's medical history nor the family history, and is way too simplistic. But it does take well-known parameters and turn it on its head and give a stark view of the limited future. The purpose of the posting was to give the reader a new way of looking at old data, and if it causes one to pause, then it was successful.
