Map out where my starting point is: current weight, exercise schedule, foods I am eating, and even some basic measurements of my body.
Make a nutritional plan. Do not reach for food based on how I am "feeling." No emotional eating; just eat what's on my plan.
Create an exercise agenda. It's not going to work to just want to eat better and exercise more. I have to be specific and define what that really means in my life.
Use my support system, SP, friends and family.
