How have you been? So sorry that I haven't been by but I thought I had chosen u as a friend on my end and I kept looking for your pic in my friends list...but I found you. Yeah! I pray you had a great week and that you are moving forward no matter what. We can't always go by the scale because muscle does weigh more. I'm not able to do too much cardio at this time because of an accident but I am praying that I can. I make sure I work on strength. Well I'm glad I found you on my Core Rhythms team.
