My Goals:
I aim to get back down to 6% body fat- was at 33% when i signed up for SparkPeople. I hope to apply the confidence that comes with fitness to many aspects of my life. Particularly getting back into art and computer programming.
My Program:
Bowflex workouts 7 days a week, broken into 3 routines focusing on upper body, lower body, and core to allow recovery time for each group. Jogging 1.5-4 miles per day, or spending 20-30 minutes on a stationary bike when it is too cold or rainy for jogging. Eating right and religiously logging my food consumption on SparkPeople's My Nutrition tracker.
Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Kansas. There is not much to do here, nor many opportunities to meet new people. Now that I live alone, my main form of entertainment is the quest for self improvement.
