Main goals include:

Remove 22 pounds of fat and tone my body.

Remain healthy and strong.

8 cups of water per day

Limited carbs and eat more fruits and veggies.

Track calories:1200-1500

Burn 1500+ calories per week working out

Personal Information:
I'm 47 years old and am tired of looking at the extra 20 pounds!! I know how it feels to look and feel good and I want that feeling back. Nothing some self control and exercise can't take care of!!!!!!!

Other Information:
I enjoy working out, reading work out magazines and books, and spending time with my family.

Thank you! Now that the crappy job isn't weighing me down I feel like I can anything! I have a long way to go but feel I'm finally off to a positive start. I didn't exercise much last week so this week it's off to the gym and hopefully minus another pound or two.
