I'm 47 years old and am tired of looking at the extra 20 pounds!! I know how it feels to look and feel good and I want that feeling back. Nothing some self control and exercise can't take care of!!!!!!!
I enjoy working out, reading work out magazines and books, and spending time with my family.
Thanks - the dress does make me feel great and I'm sure it will be a wonderful night out... I wasn't AF over the weekend but now have to be that way until the night because I'd like to work it and make the next 2 weeks count and lose a few more pounds and tone even more ...
