I would like to reach 125 by July...I am trying to be realistic. Gaining muscle and being toned is more important to me than how many pounds I lose. MY MOTIVATION: 10 gym visits +10 days of eating well = 1 purchase from Ann Taylor Loft!
Hitting 130 pounds and staying there for two weeks = manicure!
I am trying to eat 5 small meals a day. I need to eat more protein. Although not a vegetarian, I struggle eating a lot of meat.
Also, I want to visit the gym at least 4 times a week and take some classes (I work much harder at classes than I do by myself!)
