Thanks for the comment on my page- you know, with my husband- it was not a conscious decision at first- he just started noticing that he was not having heart burn all tghe time- and then he got on the scales bc his clothes were "fitting different" is how he put it- and he had lost like 50 lbs with out even knowing it lol- of course, I had been at it about a year- and once he saw that he started running on the treadmil and just could not believe that just changing his eating had done that! Thanks so much again for your comment- what is your goal by the way? I have been at 165 for like 9 months now- my ultimate was to be 130- but I was just tired so I decided to maintain for a bit. 1933 days ago
Thanks for the compliment. Weight loss is consistency. Clean eating, cardio, and strength training. Clean eating is the key. I began eating organically to reduce the high-fructose corn syrup in my diet. Then, I refrained from soda, juices, refined sugars, salty/sugary snacks, fried foods and take outs. Yes, my diet is boring. Lots of lean proteins, veggies and whole grains.
