Complete 5K - 7/31 - DONE!
35:39 - urgh! it's a starting point. looking to schedule the next race and decrease my time.

Complete 5K - 9/26 - goal time: under 34 mins.

My Program:
Currently I am working out 4-6 days a week. My cardio consists of boot camps, running and the ellipitcal. I am strength training 2-3 days a week.

I am working on eating a more clean diet and limiting my intake of alcohol.

My name is Nikki. I am married to a wonderful husband and we have 2 children - 8 years and 18 months. I currently live right outside of Charlotte, NC and love it!

Hey, I'm going to try a new challenge for December...the Marathon Challenge. Basically, everyone needs to do 1 mile of walking/running each day, starting tomorrow...until the day after Christmas. That would be 26 miles (add .2mi to be full marathon). If they went all the way to the 31st, it would be a 50K (31 miles). I say we have them say which challenge they want to do (Marathon or 50K) and then log in each day to tell where they are. If they want to try to do more than that, then they can give a distance goal and log in every day and report. If they prefer to do a different form of exercise (cycling or spinning for example), they can either figure a distance goal or a minutes goal. What do you think about this?
