The Fight to Get Me Back

Back in 2004 I went on the South Beach diet and lost 60+ pounds. I kept it off for over 6 years. Over the course of the last year, I have gained back about 25 pounds and I want it gone.

My ophthalmologist said the floaters look larger the closer they are to the retina and they eventually sink in the eye are not visible and eventually they are absorbed by the body somehow (not sure how this works but none of my floaters have lasted very long, perhaps 2-3 months at the longest, it probably depends on how large the tissue is). I had one that was shaped like a donut and it has a special name which I forget but it was quite large and was visible after a bright light in my eye which I had checked out right away as the doctor was worried about a possible retinal tear, but everything was okay at that point. emoticon
