If you drink at least 8 cups of water, stay within your calories, stay active, and get involved with your teams, you will succeed. Also, I'm a leader of a few teams, hope join the teams.     Best advice I can give:
    1. Start small and set realistic obtainable goals(cut out bread on certain days/week, increase water, park farther away from entrance, get hand weights you can use while sitting watching tv)
    2. Don't focus on the scale but on overall health and te weight will shed
    3. Find a great support team
    4. Visualize the change and it will happen
