No More Excuses

I'm finally making progress, and I have no intention of quitting. I'll have to spend the rest of my life paying close attention to what I'm eating. I'll have to spend the rest of my life making exercise happen no matter what. I'm not going to be able to get down to my goal weight and just let go -- mission accomplished.
This is my life now: Careful, measured, strong, like I love myself enough to take care of myself.

I'm so glad my blog was helpful. My mind is kind of blown that I (and probably many others) have been choosing our goal weights with arbitrary information.

Figuring this out has totally shifted something for me. I honestly feel like we should be shouting this information from the rooftops and making everyone would read it.
