My Goals:
One of my goals is to exercise at least 5 days per week.

My Program:
My program over the past month has been a series of 7-10 different workouts that I can rotate through. Typically, I try to workout for an hour so that I do not get burned out. I start with 7-10 minutes of abs, then 20-30 minutes of strength/endurance weight training, then 20-30 minutes of cardio. I always start with abs and end with cardio. I also tend to exercise over 90% of the time in the morning, that way excuses do not pile up throughout the day plus you feel better throughout the day.

Personal Information:
I am living in Massachusetts and have been very athletic throughout my entire life. I am hoping to continue that lifestyle as I transition from college to full-time work. I think it is very important to mix up exercise routines not only so that your muscles do not get used to the exercises, but to not get bored. I often substitute a workout with a pickup game of hockey, squash, racquetball, or a hike or swim.

Nater!!!! Oh my gosh! How random. I just scrolled down to the newly added Spark Pages and there you were. I LOVE this site! Em is on here too as well as Tim (who is living with us as of last week) and Nick. Thanks for the disc too by the way. MISS YA!!!!
