    Thank you for commenting on my blog. I do eat Greek yogurt but I love raspberries (wasn't aware they were high in fiber) so I guess I'll be stocking up on those. I will also try the Chia seeds. I've heard of a lot of people adding those to their food so I guess I can give it a try. I also noticed that a member commented about 110daysofrealfood.com. I also am currently cooking for only two and I love using my crockpot especially during the winter months. So your comment can end up being even more helpful than originally thought. Thanks

    We usually use her crockpot recipes (she has an index online on her blog) or use her cook book! She makes eating whole foods easy and very tasty!! Hope that helps :) We're only two, she feeds a family of four and thats what the servings are based on - but you can adjust or make the full recipe and have leftovers! That's what we do - saves time! Her pulled pork and whole chicken recipes are delicious!! I'm sure I will branch out now that I have the Spark People Slow cooker app too!
