A bit about me--I'm 26 and I have 2 children! I love being a Mom and I really do believe I have been blessed with such a wonderful husband. My family is my world!

My weight issues started after I had my 2nd child. I gained an incredible amount of weight while I was pregnant with him and I really never lost it after I had him. I was also battling depression, which also contributed to the weight gain. It has been a long struggle but I over-came it with help! I was also diagnosed with PCOS.
So quite a few things have contributed to my weight gain. My youngest is now 3 and I have finally gotten to that point in my life where I am sick of tired of being sick and tired! I think that if I can overcome depression than I can certainly overcome this weight!

My Goals:
Loose 50 pounds, eat right and stay within my calorie range, and continue to work out at least 3-5 times a week.
My Program:
I am counting and tracking calories and doing cardio work outs at home for at least 30-60 minutes at least 3-5 times a week.
