Former loser looking at a comeback

In 2003, I lost 140 lbs in just over a year. I gained it all back by 2007. This was extremely frustrating. I've come back to this site and failed to get back on track 5 times now, each time thinking I'm going to finally take the weight off again. Well, it's 2012 and I'm BACK! Take 6! This time, the fat loses!

Starting Weight: 380 - 10/02/2012
Current Weight: 363 - 10/10/2012
Goal Weight: 200

How I lost 140 lbs the first time - it's all in your belly and your ability to listen to it.. if you always ask your stomach if it's hungry before you eat, it'll tell you.. your mind doesn't know and often lies.. but your stomach never does. Oh, and equally as important - as you are eating, continue to ask your stomach if it's full yet.. if you pay attention and ask it, it'll tell you when it's enough. Basically, only eat when hungry and stop when full - it works every time.

Hey. Glad to see you are back! :) Trust me I get off track but even when I am off track I am still active on SparkPeople....I think that is what gets me back on track so fast. I wish you the best. I just wanted to say hello and tell you to quit being so hard on yourself! I think many people have lost a significant amount of weight and then put it back on again. You did it once...you can do it again! Keep it up! :-)
