Once and for all
I gave birth to my second child 6 months ago. He weighed 10.6 pounds at birth. I had been feeling down and discouraged with how I looked and felt. I decided to get my butt back on the treadmill and start making healthier eating choices. I have already lost about 7 pounds. My goal is to lose another 25 pounds. I have always been chubby and could never seem to get past a certain weight. It's almost as if I'm afraid of the unknown. What would I have to do and feel at my goal ...

I decided to get my butt back on the treadmill and start making healthier eating choices. I have already lost about 7 pounds. My goal is to lose another 25 pounds. I have always been chubby and could never seem to get past a certain weight. It's almost as if I'm afraid of the unknown. What would I have to do and feel at my goal weight....it's all psychological. I feel ready to make a steady journey down to my weight loss goal and I hope to learn along to way to accept myself no matter what.

My Goals:
to lost 25 pounds to stay positive to incorporate some type of exercise 4 to 5 times a week. Not to be so hard on myself
My Program:
Healthy eating choices no juices 6 to 8 cups of water a day exercise 4 to 5 times a week (30 min at a time) eating more frequently but smaller portions
