KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON!

I am in my 3rd year on Sparks. I have several health issues that keep me on a constant roller coaster with my weight. I keep working at finding the best fitness and nutrition paths for me. I find that a high protein and Mediterranean style of nutrition is what works best for me. I enjoy the 5% challenges and the BL challenges, they keep me motivated and Sparkling. I have made so many wonderful Spark Friends and and look forward to Sparking and Sparkling!

My Goals:
To improve my health by losing weight and increasing low impact fitness. I am Done being the Fat Mama!




My Program:
Due to severe pain issues I have not been able to participate in my Challenge teams. I am following the Gastroparesis Diet Plan for my Paralyzed Digestive issues and trying to do some chair exercising. I hope to be able to do more exercising after seeing the Neurosurgeon in March.

Personal Information:
I AM FROM CENTRAL KS. I HAVE FOUR KIDS, 8 COUNTING TWO DAUGHTERS IN LAW AND A SON IN LAW AND AN A SPARK DAUGHTER. I HAVE TWO GRAND DAUGHTERS AND A CAT NAMED KEEPER.

Other Information:
I ENJOY READING COZY AND CULINARY MYSTERIES, FANTASY AND PARANORMAL FICTION AS WELL AS ROMANCE. I ENJOY BRITISH MYSTERY SERIES SUCH AS MASTERPIECE THEATER.
