It's NOT a diet, It's a LIFESTYLE!

Mid May I had my SP 1 year anniversary.
I lost 20 pounds and kept it off.
I need to lose more and I will.
I have learned so much on SP about nutrition, Flylady, clean eating with friendship and support.
With all of the valuable information I've gained, I'm developing a lifestyle I can live with.
A lifestyle that's good for my whole family.
Thank You SP!

Nice to see you on my blog. Until the late 1970s, products/prices on food was doable. And rent prices, for that matter. And dentistry. etc.

At least we can remember how it was in the day gone by and... sigh.
I miss inexpensive and bigger cans of tuna, too. Mom made tuna patties with tuna, crushed crackers and eggs often.
