    Keeping the wt off and losing SLOW is the best way to work the program. Thanks for the support and I appreciate it. Would love to motivate you too and we can help each other.

    I just rejoined WW on May 16. Maybe we can motivate each other. I am tracking all my meals on E-tools and my exercise. So far so good. Do you go to meetings each week?
