    I sit for 9 hours a day at a computer desk too - which is pretty much what got me in the predicament I'm in now! I call it secretary's a$$!

    Thank you for your extra effort in supply me with the article about sitting too long! That really hits home because I have had two blood clots when I had surgery from my legs- so I am always thinking about this- but honestly I get so involved I forget!

I have been suffering from the all or nothing mindset! I like your comment above - I also work from my computer - at home no less so I don't even get a walk through a parking lot each day!
