Hi there! How has your first week and a bit of BFL gone? Any amazing changes in body shape? Some people can lose lots in the beginning and others arent til the end... im the latter which is frustrating but the results always come if you follow the program properly. Feel free to post, ask questions, or vent on the challenge thread. Your input is appreciated. Keep working hard.
