My Goals:
Healthy BMI, so a weight of 168 pounds.

Exercising 3 x/week on a regular basis

Being able to walk a mile in under 12 minutes

Being able to swim 500 yards continuously -- done!

Participating in a fun run/walk -- doing it Saturday, October 24!

Waist less than 35"

Waist:Hip ratio less than .8

My Program:
Exercising at the YMCA, walking in my neighborhood, eliminating refined sugar and reducing saturated fat

Other Information:
I'm a huge fan of Heroes, but don't watch a lot of television in general.

I read anything and everything, mostly escapist fiction at this point of my life :)

Promise yourself to exercise FIVE MINUTES each day, as getting STARTED is the hardest part. Then you can quit if you want, but go on if you feel like doing more. emoticon
