I shall eat five x fruit and veg every day, even if i have to use tinned fruit because fresh is so expensive.

I shall eat a bowl of soup before the evening meal, a warming way to feel full.

I shall take some exercise every day and also one household and one clearing out task every day - I go to bed almost as soon as I get home because it so cold.

Hey there my Sparky friend! YOU are doing GREAT! Keep up the wonderful work... YOU so deserve the life you want. Don't worry about the setbacks, celebrate the victories and the knowledge that you can do this!

Remember: The scale will only tell you a number that represents how much you weigh.

It can't tell you that you WILL achieve your dreams
It can't tell you that your goals are within your grasp
It won't tell you the you have so many gifts to share with the world
It can't tell you how incredibly amazing you are.

No matter what the scale says, never, ever forget those things!

I believe in you!

I found this exercise helpful and I thought I'd share, I hope you like it.
Weight Loss Exercise Self Examination

Make a list of all the negative thoughts you have about yourself...I'm undisciplined, I let people down, I don't exercise enough ect. No getting discouraged allowed. You are no longer going to let these negative things control you.
Next, make a second list of everything you LIKE about yourself. Keep going until this list is LONGER than the first list you compiled. Examples: I can make people laugh, I contribute to the soccer club, ect.
Take your negatives list and turn it into your potentials list. You do this by creating a positive self-image to every negative you listed. Instead of "I can't succeed", write a counter belief, "I will succeed".
Ceremonially throw out the negatives list - you are saying goodbye forever! Burn them, trash them, destroy them....they are no longer going to be a part of your thinking about yourself.
Keep your list of potentials in a prominent place. On your refrigerator door, in your daily journal, or in a picture frame on your desk. Make sure you have them in front on your every single day so that you are reading them constantly and reprogramming your daily thoughts.

Seven Ages of the Married Cold

* 1st year -- The husband says, "Oh, sweetie pie, I'm really worried about those nasty sniffles you have! There's no telling what that could turn into with all the strep that's been going around. I'm going to take you right down to the hospital and have you admitted for a couple days of rest. I know the food is lousy there, so I'm going to bring you some takeout from China Garden. I've already arranged it with the head nurse."
* 2nd year -- "Listen, honey, I don't like the sound of that cough. I called the doc and he's going to stop by here and take a look at you. Why don't you just go on to bed and get the rest you need?"
* 3rd year -- "Maybe you better go lie down, darling. When you feel lousy you need the rest. I'll bring you something--do we have any canned soup around here?"
* 4th year -- "No sense wearing yourself out when you're under the weather. When you finish those dishes and the kids' baths and get them to bed, you ought to go to bed yourself!"
* 5th year -- "Why don't you take a couple aspirin?"
* 6th year -- "You oughta go gargle or something, instead of sitting around barking like a dog!"
* 7th year -- "For Pete's sake, stop sneezing. Are you trying to give me pneumonia? You'd better pick up some tissues while you're at the store."

You are doing great!

“You are now at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you really are now? Don't think about who you have been. Who are you now? Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it powerfully.”
-- Anthony Robbins

Stay with the Battle - only a few weeks left to go and you will reap the rewards.
