My Goals:
SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

Physical Activity Goal- 10 minutes everyday until hip and back are able to handle more.

SparkPeople- Log on 3 times a week until habit is established.


My Program:
Starting over and trying to go for babysteps this time around.

To help me meet my goals, I will try to be consistent in:

Choosing 1 of the following 3 times a week:

A walk
A dance party (even for 1)
A Belly Dance DVD
A workout DVD
Water Zumba
Heavy Bag

I will continue to read the motivational material on SP 3 to 5 times a week and celebrate the changes in the mirror.
