The things I want as a permanent part of MY life - things that are ME: - Physically fit, really healthy both on intake & output - Traveling and explore the world - Debt free, I will control my money - A college degree - To dance, in that passionate way with another - To love myself, I mean in a hard core spiritual sense - To RELAX and enjoy the ride =================== Where I am right now =================== I am a (almost 40) mom of 2 teenage boys who keep me pretty busy. Once upon a time I gained 70+ pounds. There were a lot of reasons why it happened, none of them really matter. I worked hard for 4 years and lost all but 5. I looked good and felt great. Last year I had a bout with banana nut muffins and I lost. 20 pounds over :( where I should be and on 5'4" that isn't so pretty. I need to get back in shape and get myself back down to a healthy weight, but even more importantly, UP to a healthy activity level! Just a note - I am allergic to milk and have been my whole life. The docs thought I outgrew it and I was sick from age 5-25. Figured it out as an adult and have been SUPER healthy and happy ever since. PS - no, i am NOT Lactose Intolerant. I am allergic, the reaction is PERMANENT - I carry an epi-pen. http://www.foodallergy.org/

My Goals:
I want to remember to be the best I can be in everything I do. To do that, I have to TRY. I want to run in a 5k. I want to get to and stay at a healthy weight. I will establish a good healthy lifestyle.
My Program:
I work out 3 times a week - 30 minutes cardio & strength training. I hike on Saturdays and spend Sunday with my family (hopefully outside).
Personal Information:
I am a software project manager living in Cincinnati, Ohio and traveling the world for my career. I have 2 awesome teenage boys and a great husband.
Other Information:
I am proud of myself and all of my SP friends. We are goal setters; people who wish for something and then act on it. We do not sit, idly by and wait for the world. We seek life out and LIVE it.
