Successfully complete the 5% (11.5 lbs) Summer Weight Loss Challenge. My personal goal is to lode 10% of my body weight during the course of this Summer challenge (23 lbs).
Basic cutting of bad carbs, increasing water, veggie intake, adding green tea, probiotics, and daily movement to my life.
Walking 15 minutes daily a day for 2 weeks. Increasing to 30 minutes daily for the next 2 weeks. Continue 30 minute walks most days of the week (4-5 days) and add rebounding (trampoline) and small weights for the remaining 4 weeks.
Thank you for stopping by my page. I love being inspiring to others, however weight loss and maintenance it is a never ending road. The journey doesn't end when you hit goal. For some of us it is a struggle to keep it between the goal posts.
