Not Gunna Quit!

Hi,
I've had a set back recently after breaking my leg and getting bogged down in school work and managed to pick up an extra 25lbs. I'm ready to get them off and get back to a healthier me!

I've heard a lot of great things about the 17 day diet, so I thought I would give it a try. It seems to make a lot of sense, because it's basically cutting calories and limiting junk. Started Cycle 1, hopefully it works!

Week One: 7/8-7/15 Down 3lbs!!

Fitness: get to the gym 4 days a week for 20 minutes, and walk the dog every night

Diet: Cut out fast food to 3x a week.

I recently got married to the man of my dreams this last January :)

I graduated a few years ago with a Zoology degree and worked as a zookeeper for two years. Now I'm going back for nursing

WELL YOU HAVE A THREE GOODIES BECAUSE I FORGOT I SENT YOU ONE ALREADY.. I REALLY HAVE TO KEEP BETTER TRACK BUT LET'S FACE IT I AM GLAD I WAS SENDING GOOD FORTUNE AND WELCOME TO YOU.
