Keep On Trying

Dieting seems to be an unsuccessful "hobby" for me. This community looks promising...I have all kinds of reasons to want to lose weight, and even more excuses why I have not done so successfully. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, so it is becoming REALLY important that I get the weight under control to stave off other potential health issues.

My Goals:
To achieve my REALISTIC goal weight in an effort to STAY healthy!

My Program:
Going back to Nutrisystem for awhile. With my busy schedule, the prepackaged approach works best for me while I relearn portion size and calorie intake strategies. Curves at least 3 times a week, with walking, ski machine or Aerobics workouts between. Getting annoyed with the local Curves staff, so looking for another outlet. Just found "Exercise on Demand" on our local cable channel....looking into a local "women's Gymn" to see what that is all about...

HI I AM A NEW MEMBER TO SPARK PEOPLE. I HAVE HAD A WEIGHT ISSUE FOR A LONG TIME. I AM CURRENTLY 300LBS MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 145-150LBS. I KNOW THIS PROCESS WILL NOT HAPPEND OVER NIGHT SO I NEED ALL THE SUPPORT I CAN GET.
