My Goals:
I would like to continue slowly on a weight loss program so I don't shock my system out of whack!
Nothing radical so as not to compromise my health, which is already weak!
(diabetic and neuropathy)

I am an invalid...
I cannot stand or walk for more than 5-10 min. unless I want to endure tremendous pain...which doesn't help ...with the exercices!
...charcot feet!

Personal Information:
I enjoy going to the Senior Recreation Centre where I do Oriental Watercolouring and chair-exercising. I also take vegetarian cooking classes & go on organized trips. I'm also a member of the Red Hat Society as Marquise Écarlate (scarlet)


J'aime me rendre au Centre Récréatif pour ainés ou je fais de la peinture à l'eau et des exercises assis (chair-exercise). Je prends aussi des leçons de cuisson végétarienne et entreprend des voyages organisés.

    How are you doing on your plan? Are you still thinking to go to Dr. Fuhrman's weekend later this summer? I would love to go but not sure I can swing it this year. Have also looked at some of the others like Dr. Esselstyn's and Dr. McDougal's weekend things. I would love to find one which is all raw. I am not 100% raw but would like to have a totally raw weekend experience. Anyway, I wanted to return the favor and wish you luck! I hope you get there and enjoy it and learn from it!

    Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons.     Thanks for stopping by my Spark Page. Lucky you getting to go to Dr Fuhrman's getaway! Where if Florida is he having it? If it's anywhere near Ft Lauderdale get yourself to Sublime and have a meal at this fabulous, plant based restaurant, you won't be disappointed.     Oh Lise, I'm so lost to be honest. I walked two miles today (which I thought you said one miles = one hour. If so, that would be two hours for you. Right?) Then, I did the 40 minutes of playing the basketball game. So, I'm confused. So, if I'm figuring things out right ... your hour on Wednesday equals one of my miles and 30 minutes on Thursday equals half of another of my mile ... so, are you behind 30 minutes? And, yes, your transplanting and my basketball can definitely equal each other. :o))) So, please tell me if I'm right ... and you're right ... if we're wrong ... we are both ahead for sure!!!! Great big hugs to you!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
