NOSTALGIA - noun.
1. a wistful desire to return in thought or in fact to a former time in one's life...

Ahh, the good old days... young, carefree, FIT! Somewhere around age 25, my body's ability to burn fat quicker than I could swallow disappeared with no warning!! I've searched high and low to no avail and have finally concluded the only way to reclaim the fabulous figure, confidence, and fat burning ability I once had is to hit the gym, eat right, and in general, just ...

I've searched high and low to no avail and have finally concluded the only way to reclaim the fabulous figure, confidence, and fat burning ability I once had is to hit the gym, eat right, and in general, just take better care of me.
