Shooting Stars %Fall Challenge

Part of the Fall 5% Challenge - hoping this will help me get back on track..seems the roller coaster ride has been upwards for some time now...well at least since February of this year. I'm looking forward to finding my way back.

I have a Puerto Rico work sponsored trip scheduled for December and hope to fit in some of my clothes.

Evenings tend to be the time when I'm confronted with mindless eating especially if I haven't been tracking everything I eat during the day. When I get a streak started with the nutrition tracker, it helps me to know where those extra calories are sneaking in.

I really like the Champions team, and there is a lot of talk about cooking and recipes. That's fun for me. Wouldn't it be great to lose 5% in 8 weeks. I really want to do that! emoticon

That is great incentive. I have a couple of trips coming up which I am also using as incentive. The first is Canada and New England starting October 20. I'd love to drop 10 pounds by then, but that would be a lot for me. Still, I can try.

I also joined the 5% challenge. I'm on the Champions in the Kitchen team. I love to cook and try new recipes so I think it will be a good team for me. Between that and the BLC I should really be held accountable. Which team are you on?
