Never give up... Never give up.... That's going to be my new motto. In the past if I had a bad day... or binged for a week.. I would say.. That's it's.. I can't do this.. I've blown it.... etc. and I would undo everything that I had accomplished and start gaining weight back.
But now that I've been on Spark for while and have had so much support... I know that I will reach my goal and stay there because I now can forgive myself for that bad day.. and I won't let it turn into a bad ...

I want to feel good about myself and be around for along time to watch my grandkids grow up.

My Program:
I eat lots of veggies and fruit.. very little red meat. I stopped drinking diet soda and started drinking green tea. Try to stay away from sugar, and exercise 30 minutes a day... When I'm being good. ")

Other Information:
I try to find the "magic" in the world... it's way more fun and interesting than reality.
