Thank you so much for listening to the links of my wonderful nephew playing carols to spread some cheer. I am now adding them each night in individual blogs. His wife Mary is a music teacher and is working with little ones now. I'm talking no more than 4 yrs old. She loves it. She and Ian met playing clarinet in College band as they sat next to one another. emoticon

Hi thanks for stopping by my blog. I will have to check out the workout that you mentioned. Well, when you get it, review it and just modify and leave out certain exercises if you have to. This is what I "didn't" do when I first had STS. I think we feel like we have to follow the workout exactly like the exercisers in the video, but I have finally learned, through trial/error and injuries, that I have to modify the exercises within my limitations. Doing this will not negate the great results or progress that you can get from a particular workout/exercise.

An example... I developed truncal lymphedema after the radiation therapy that treated my breast cancer, so I am always in pain and there are certain weight bearing exercises like regular push-ups, planks, etc., that can aggravate and make this condition worse. I used to force myself to do these exercises as I followed the dvd, but then had to stop for awhile because I was making it worse. So I figured out how to modify the exercises while getting the same results/ So instead of a regular push-up, I found that I can do incline push-ups, etc.

... so again, review the workout and modify, modify and eliminate exercises that don't feel right. You can always find a substitute for it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog and for your vote of confidence for my losing wt. again. I'm determined to lose this excess baggage as I will be out playing professionally and i have to look my best. emoticon
