HI there, You are right about the ret days and workouts - but as you say also, I am working different muscle groups, so they still have time to break down, rest, etc. Stull tiring, but good! I hope you are well!
I don't wear mine on my wrist. I attach it to my pants (I don't like un-snappng it, so I just use a big safety pin). It hides under my shirt top. I think its motivating because its now counting real activity - you have to get your heart rate up to get active minutes. It still counts all your steps so you can have lots of steps and only a few active minutes. It reminds me to walk faster and when I'm on the phone (I talk a lot!) I pace the floor and it adds lots of active minutes!
