UPDATE: June 9th, 2012

Well I've gone and done it now! lol managed to fall waaaay off the wagon and put some weight back on. Oh well, it happens. I am here to fix that ;) I was half tempted to delete some of these old pics but figured its a good time line to see where I was then and where i am now...and hopefully where Ill be in a few months from now. I am a lot happier that is for sure, a lot more has changed. Most for the good thank god :) Hopefully I am able to keep my motivation strong!! *crossing fingers* :)

Well here I am again, making a go at this "healthy me" bit. I'm coming at it in a whole new way this time though. I'm happy and totally motivated to do this! I'm here to meet people who are looking to do the same so we can encourage each other as we go along. Hopefully if all goes well we will have reached our goals in the process!

Hi! Well I figured it was time for getting healthy...and well if I can drop a few extra pounds a long the way then great! I'm really excited about this site as it's opened up my eyes to the things I put in my mouth. I'm making healthier choices and feeling a lot better about myself with that alone...but heres the kicker, my pants are getting roomier and well who isn't gonna be excited about that!? :)

Anyways, I welcome new friends on here and I hope to swap recipe ideas and whatever else you wanna share ;)

UPDATE: 3/1/09
So I'm on my third week straight of eating right & working out. I have to admit it feels good. I enjoy the changes I've made in my life and I am 100% proud to say that I have the most amazing supportive family ever! I have great friends who are helping me along the way & I love this site more than ever! So many people from all walks of life so encouraging & comforting I love it. Thank you!

-eating fresh
-shopping at farmers markets

-cutting out hydrodgenated oils & high fructose corn syrups
-dancing dancing dancing
-work out videos
-drinking lots of water
-cutting back/out soda
