My Goals:
To lose 300 lbs (not quite halfway there yet), shooting for March of 2014.

My Program:
I'm eating healthy everyday (even splurge days), lifting weights 3-5 days a week, and doing cardio of some type 5-7 days a week.

Personal Information:
My name is Russ and I live in Utah. Was told by the Doc on February 25, 2011 that if I didn't start losing weight, I wasn't going to live. It was the wake up call I needed!

Other Information:
I love sports. I bowl at least 3 days a week and am part owner of my own pro shop.
