hehe, If you're still feeling sore from the last ride, I highly recommend a nice pair of padded bike shorts. :D Sure, they make you look ridiculous, but you can wear other pants/shorts over the top of them, and they make the ride sooo much more comfy. :) You can also change your bike seat to one of those larger padded ones that are good for touring. I stole my brother's bike and he has one of those skinny tiny non-padded racing seats. I regret it almost everytime I go on a long ride. lol Comfort is the key ;) 2883 days ago

I haven't been as active on spark since i've been working close to full time and i've been finding it exhausting. Being sick for nearly a full month has left me off-schedule with my exercise as well.. *sigh* how have you been doing with your routine?
