This picture of me is after I lost 110 pounds. I went from 327 pounds down to 217 pounds. The process has been slow (2.5 years) and purposely so because I feel that it will stay off better that way. It has been the result of some life style changes rather than dieting or exercise alone. I am doing things that I can and plan to do for the rest of my life.

Following my heart attack last year, I have not been exercising as I was before and that followed by careless eating habits and lack of accountability. As a result of that I added a few pounds. I am now pledging to be more accountable and careful. I will attempt to post daily as I head back downward with my weight. Wish me luck.

I reached a new low today when I weighed in at 213.5 this morning. I always try to weigh in at 5AM for consistency. 213 is still way too high but it is 113 pounds less than when I started this journey. emoticon I am hoping that tomorrow will show another new low for me. I spent a good 2 hrs in physical activity today. I spent 70 minutes at the gym with walking 2.7 miles and weight lifting. I came home and did 2 episodes of 30 minutes each on the stationary bike. I will eagerly await 5 AM to see if I over did it. I also consumed nearly 1500 calories. UGH. emoticon
