I just turned 40 in April and don't want to spend even one more day living this unhealthy way. I want to make choices every minute that propel me toward my goals instead of push me away from them.

Hi Girl!

Still haven't gotten my butt back in gear - but I think I'm heading in that direction again - the RIGHT direction, finally! Life has been a crazy roller coaster ride of ups and downs.
