Hey, I'm Noni and I'm trying to buckle down and get the extra weight off. My Freshman year of highschool, I was at 205 lbs. By senior year it was down to 180, then started dropping progressively from there. When I moved to go to college, I got down to 135 (I admit, part of this was because I didn't have a car/internet so I was having trouble finding the grocery store... XD).
Then I met my boyfriend, he moved in, and I've started to gain it all back. In 3 years I've gotten back up to 175 ...

When I moved to go to college, I got down to 135 (I admit, part of this was because I didn't have a car/internet so I was having trouble finding the grocery store... XD).
Then I met my boyfriend, he moved in, and I've started to gain it all back. In 3 years I've gotten back up to 175 and it justs disgusts me. I realized the reason I had so much success before is because there was no one around to buy all that junk food. There was no one around to eat with socially (which I really love to do). So I just didn't. And don't get me wrong, I'm definitely not blaming him for his poor eating habits, it's just a part of myself I wasn't really aware of.

I really want to change it. I love food, but I am tired of being controlled by it. I don't even like fast food, but when he wants to go to Taco Bell it is so hard no to get anything. It doesn't even taste good.

I need to try to eat healthy AND workout. So far I've only been able to do one or the other, but I know it's going to take both.

So....here's to new beginnings I guess! :o

Weight Loss Checklist:

**170 - New workout DVDs**
**160 - Can fit into my pants again**
**150 - Can wear all those nice shirts I bought
140 - Almost there! Can fit into another set of pants.
135 - Made it! Buy a new dress and get a haircut.

My Program:
Barre all the time. Most days I do Barre3, some days Pure Barre or the Bar Method. Very occasionally I'll do a TurboFire cardio work out if I feel like I've got too much energy to burn.

Other Information:
Other stuff about me? I love video games, digital art, and cooking! I really am passionate about creating amazing dishes, and I think that's actually helping with weight loss. I'm less likely to eat fast food when I know I can go home and make something waaaaay better.

Not gonna lie--that's my fav part is the chips n salsa LOL. I will prob just drink a slim fast and small snack and then eat good tonight HA. emoticon

Awesome---we can motivate each other. Tonight I am going out for Mexican...hmmm...to eat light or just eat light before and splurge? LOL.

I am the same as you. When I am around my guy all I want to do is eat a lot or when I am bored, even if not that hungry. I just try to think of a good body and small goals to keep me going.
