keep losing

I've been doing spark since beginning August. I was discouraged about my weight and saw my daughter losing regularly - she introduced me to spark so I tried it. I've lost 28 pounds. In the past I've lost a certain amount and then my urges take over. this time I want to keep losing.

starting again almost two years later. August 2013, this time I joined a support group through TOPS that I really like, I'm tracking food regularly and doing some sort of exercise most days. I;m enjoying walking, walk/jogging again, and spark people videos. So far this time I've lost 7 lbs. Find this site really helpful. I read motivation articles if I feel discouraged or when I feel it's hard!
