Countdown to the Wedding - Begins!
Time to re-invest and recommit. I have about 30 lbs to lose to go from OBESE to OVERWEIGHT. I am getting married on 7/6/13. I want to to feel healthy, fit, and beautiful on my wedding day in my wedding dress. More importantly I want to feel IN CONTROL of my eating.
