Starting Over

Have regained 22 lbs. My clothes don't fit. I am so out of shape I can no longer jog a 5K. I feel embarrassed and angry and sad. Disappointed in myself. I am starting over with a commitment to exercise every day if even just for a short time. Humble beginnings but a beginning nonetheless.

I was just feeling super frustrated about not being able to stay in my calorie range when I read your status about the same thing! I thought to myself "hey, you aren't alone in this - stop wallowing and try again today!" Thanks for the push in that direction emoticon

Very nice to see you post on the '100 days by Linda Spangle' team! I'm sure that doing the lessons will help to get back on track.

Hello Nora, how is residency progressing? Welcome to the world of Pediatrics!!!! The real learning begins after the residency --( still learning 35 years after graduation and residency on two continents)-you will have days when you will laugh with your patients and other days they will test your patience and at other times bring tears---- emoticon
